If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to issue a refund and return your product.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

  • The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

  • The product must be in the packaging we sent it in.

  • The product must be damage-free; if we find any damage on the product, we will cancel your refund immediately.

Unfortunately, there may be times when we do not have the product(s) you choose in stock or may face issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we will cancel your order and inform you in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will be refunded within 5-7 business days once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item and ensure that the packing is sufficient to prevent damage during transit. Please note that Goloka Farms is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it. If it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take 5-7 business days to process, and you will be notified when you receive your money.

Goloka Farms is responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping is paid by Goloka Farms, even if the item didn’t have free shipping initially.
